More War Profiteering!

According to The Register, Congressman Darrell Issa (R., San Diego) is attempting to get Donald Rumsfeld to ensure that the Iraqi mobile phone network is rebuilt with CDMA gear, rather than the GSM stuff that the rest of the region, indeed the world (apart from most of the US, Japan and Korea) uses. Why? Because GSM is French.
